Allied Development is a well-capitalized land developer/home builder focused on building high quality residential and mixed-use communities in the Northwest.  Our team is tightly knit and has a track record in land acquisitions and home building.

Allied Development is currently seeking a full-time administrative assistant in our Land Acquisition Department. Assistant to help the Land Acquisition team with tasks to secure development sites.  The Land Acquisition Assistant will assist in many aspects of site acquisition including; data collection, data input and area of opportunity identification.

Note: This is home-based position. This assistant must be equipped with a home office (Windows PC with webcam and reliable internet connection) and be prepared to work full time remotely, in a fast-paced environment.  This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow in the company.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Home office (Windows PC with webcam and reliable internet connection)
  • Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Technical skills – Computer skills with experience working with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Social Media Platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blog Platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Assist land acquisitions team in daily research responsibilities
  • Research future utility, transportation, and employment expansion areas in target markets
  • Conduct property research using online mapping tools in targeted areas
  • Track current zoning, ownership and availability for vacant or underutilized land
  • Maintain the land database

Starting salary: $24,000.00 to $30,000.00 /year
